algorithms into content processors and commercial boards. Building on this rich technology base, we plan
to expand into creating specialized boards and ASICs that match our clients’ requirements. We meet our
present customers’ needs by offering solutions in supercomputer class simulation, application of linear
algebra computations to real time, intense computational embedded applications, reconfigurable techniques
for our BruteSafe encryption technology and advanced telemetry concepts.
Ms. C. M. Murphy – President and CEO of Accord, is a seasoned contract professional with over 30 years
of government contracting experience. Having worked for major aerospace firms and small businesses
in both government and commercial arenas brings her a “big business” skill set to Accord’s innovative,
aggressive small business objectives. She has wide-ranging experience negotiating contracts up to $156M,
addressing disputes and contract performance issues, while maintaining excellent working relationships
with customers. Her extensive experience with the full range of government compliance issues from the
recent Sarbanes-Oxley Act to the TINA allows Accord, despite its small size, to deal as an equal in most any
contracting or business situation.
Dr. Carl G. Murphy – Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Accord
Solutions, obtained his PhD in Physics from University of New Mexico with all undergraduate work and
additional degrees from Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic and State University). Dr. Murphy is a scientist and
engineer with architecture, design, development and delivery experience in communication systems, networks,
and high performance computer systems. He has conducted development, simulation and prototyping of
all aspects of computer and communication systems: application, languages, system software and hardware. His experience includes lead architect for chip designs, specialized kernels, performance modeling tools,
debugging tools, distributed computing middleware, concurrent object oriented classes, benchmarking, software
engineering methods and application evaluation metrics. With an extensive career in industry, holding various
management positions, including Vice President, with Science Applications International Corporation provides
Dr. Murphy with the vision and skills to lead Accords advanced technology.
